Summary
The waveform library, available only to premium members, allows easy searching of thousands of waveforms, scan data, component photos, and other vehicle-specific images that have been uploaded to iATN.
Description
Each time a member uploads a waveform (or other technical image) to iATN, it becomes available in the Waveform Library search engine. As you can see in the screenshot below, the results are displayed very similarly to your personal file library. One notable difference is that the name of the person who uploaded the file is displayed.
Searching the library is as simple as making a few selections from the following categories: year, make, model, engine size, system, component, vehicle condition, and file type (waveform, scan data, etc.). You can also do a simple keyword search.
You can control the sort order of the results as you view them, and even save files from searches for later viewing (you can access saved files from your personal file library). The "icon view" option will show you a thumbnail-sized view of the results for easy reference. Just as with your personal file library, you can make comments on files that you find, for other members to read. You can also easily include these images in web forum posts.
