Candidly, we are a small team with 3 service advisers, 5 techs and 6 bays. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ We're looking for someone who can SYNERGIZE between our Service Advisers and our Technicians. If you enjoy being an accountability partner, educator, and an overseer of shop workflow and thrive on detail orientation, then we'd like to schedule a phone call with you. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Our shop has grown exponentially over the last 3 years. We've seen at least a 12% rate of annual growth since 2013.

Culture - We deploy constant training to stay in tune with the changes in the industry. We like to balance intense focus with light-hearted humor. Because we're a tight-knit team, it's easy to avoid bureaucracy. We're straight shooters and work hard to maintain an accountability culture.
Location - We're in Sierra Vista, Arizona, servicing Cochise County and the surrounding areas. We understand how difficult relocating can be and that it's an incredibly important decision. We're willing to work out the details and negotiate a trial period whereby you could come visit our shop for a time and gather all the information you need to make your decision on your own time when all of your questions and concerns have been addressed.
Benefits - We pay up to $250 in medical insurance.
We do not participate in Obamacare plans.

There is a 90-day probationary period before we begin paying out for benefits.
Time Off - Following 1 year of employment you can begin accruing vacation and paid time off. We are closed on all major holidays.
