We're seeking a General Manager for our shop that agrees with and wants to use our practices to excel. Our GM will manage the Junior Advisor and the technicians, and participate in all aspects of workflow management. The ability to explain complex automotive topics in a friendly and understandable manner to our clients is a key skill. Familiarity with monitoring KPIs, reporting shop performance and light accounting concepts is an important skill. Solid sales techniques and strong phone skills, as well as a knowledge of management best practices are very important as well.
