Five years of experience in the automotive industry is preferred, but on-the-job training and mentoring will be provided for the right candidate. A strong technical performance record and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment are required. Excellent customer service skills are a must, as are communication and organizational skills, a professional appearance and a positive attitude.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced candidates who may be tired of turning wrenches and standing on hard concrete shop floors 40+ hours a week, but still love the challenge of diagnosing vehicles. Likewise, it may be the ideal opportunity for the young technician who is looking to develop their diagnostic skills.
