Fleet and Farm LLC has an opening for an office administrator. The person would be solely responsible for all aspects of the office. Currently we operate two service trucks out of the office in the Clermont, FL area. We need someone to run all of the office duties related to this mobile repair service business. Most importantly is to keep all open work orders current with parts and labor as work progresses on customers equipment. Associated tasks are communicating with customers, vendors, and the two techs. Also, ordering parts and keeping track of a small parts inventory. Must have good computer skills since most of the workday will be at the computer. We use Fleet Maintenance Pro from IMS to keep track of the work flow. Must have good phone manners and be able to multi-task throughout the day. Hours and workdays are flexible to a degree. Previous experience in the automotive repair shop environment is helpful.
