We are looking for a team player with a customer focused attitude to join our family here. We are a family run auto repair shop with a very good reputation for doing high quality work in an honest and transparent way, we are looking for a lead tech, or a solid “B” tech to join us.
We work from 8am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs. and 8am-3:30pm on Fridays, no nights or weekends, be believe in work/life balance. We work hard when we work, but life is too short to spend all your time working we believe.
We need someone capable of diagnosing and repairing vehicles, training of entry level people, and helping to make our shop run like a fine watch.
You would need tools, a great attitude, clean driving record, good drivers license, and a desire to grow and fit in. You will need to be able to read and understand wiring diagrams and service information.
A resume is fine, but not necessary. Formal education in the industry is great, but natural ability is also important, we don't rule out people by education level.
There is unlimited growth potential in this job, in time we look to retire and would love to have someone on the "inside" here that would be to take over our business. We have spent over 33 years building our business and reputation, we would love the opportunity to help train the next owner/owners so they can be as successful as we have been and continue the reputation we have built. The desire to own a business is not necessary to this job, but it is an option for the right person.
