Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly during drop-off and pick-up, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Appointment Scheduling: Answer phone calls and efficiently schedule service appointments.
Estimates & Sales: Prepare accurate service estimates, explain them to customers, and recommend additional services or repairs.
Parts Procurement: Source and order parts needed for repairs and maintenance.
Service Coordination: Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
Customer Follow-up: Keep customers informed of their vehicle's status and ensure their satisfaction throughout the service process.
Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to interact with customers professionally and empathically.
Sales Ability: Confidence in selling needed services and repairs to customers.
Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, such as appointments, estimates, and parts orders, without missing a beat.
Computer Savvy: Comfortable using computer software for scheduling, estimates, and parts ordering.
