Mechanical Claims Adjuster
Provide professional customer service, via inbound and outbound phone calls from automotive mechanical repair facilities. I apply mechanical knowledge and diagnosis skills to accurately adjudicate claims. I verify and negotiate parts pricing and labor times submitted from repair facilities for claim authorization. I also have the ability to process claims in a timely manner and maintain call center department guidelines. I have also been responsible for training new employees in the past. In addition to, I have helped with claim audits for quality control.
Student - Bachelor of Science in Automotive Engineering Technology
During my time at college I became a Residential Adviser (RA) my last two years there. That has honestly been some of the most rewarding times in my life. I loved being a mentor and looked upon for input and advice. I loved being able to help people who were having a difficult time adjusting to new environments and stressful situations. I was also a member of the Residential Advisory Board Committee which oversaw different programs and activities for the residents to participate in.
Student - Associates Degree in Automotive Service Technology
This was a great program that I was able to use as a stepping stone in order to get my ASE certifications. It taught all the fundamentals and broke down individual automotive systems to be easily understood.
