Actively Looking for Technical Information Specialist jobs within 30 miles of Austin, Texas.
I currently work for an OEM in a technical advisor role, but that position stretches in to fixed ops and claims processing as well. This position is remote based, but some travel to the manufacturer headquarters is required.
I am comfortable and competent working with most makes and models. I worked over a decade at one of the largest Lexus dealerships in the country, and left as manager of a quick service team, training new technicians and seeing 80+ cars per day from the 400 car daily average. I became an expert with Toyota/Lexus vehicles, but the most important thing I learned was to operate and interact as a true professional.
I am always open to a great opportunity, but I'm specifically interested in technical assistance and support roles whether remote, or in the Austin, TX area. Please contact me with any questions or topics you'd like to discuss.
