The 99-02 didn't have as many problems but the 03-07 clusters were an easy fix. I have fixed a ton of those dim or inop prndl by opening up and resoldering em. I haven't done a 99-02, but i assume they are the same. Gam clusters all seem to fail the same way. ... Login to read more.
