Advice on selling my auto repair business/shop & equipment
After almost 50 years turning wrenches, I will soon retire completely. I have been at it part time for the last 5 years and still enjoy it, but I don't want to leave my heirs with the burden of dealing with the business if I become unable to. Any advice on selling the business or the property without worrying about selling it as a business would be appreciated. Also, do the in ground Globe lifts installed in 1965 have to be removed? The twin post lift lost it's oil a few years ago but is still usable if you know how to deal with it.
