2001 Hyundai Elantra GT 2.0L MIL Lamp on, monitors not ready
Trying to complete monitors for emissions inspection.
Reading codes in OBD II generic using MODIS results in a
"U0D00", but reading under 'vehicle specific' yields the
P0133, P0456, and P1166.
