1994 Lexus LS400 4.0L No Start
Car would not start when I received it. Checked fuel pump operation, found inoperable and replaced pump, now getting fuel. Still a no start, found no RPM signal, replaced CKP sensor, still a no start, checked for spark, none. Getting voltage to coils but no sp...
