2004 Volkswagen Touareg V8 4.2L HID lights
After car has rested all power off I got 12.3 only,they say 2 year old oem battery. Owner says sometimes has no lights at all,can turn ignition switch off and back on and lights comes back on? With VCDS I've got codes for cats, (16805 P0421) and (16815 P0431) ...
