2003 Chevrolet S10 LS 4.3L MIL Lamp on
testing for P0446 (NOT PLUGGED VENT) fuel tank pressure volts read 1.5 KOEO but jump to 2.9 when i cycle the key to on just while fuel pump runs. Then when i start the vehicle the voltage goes to 2.9 and stays there, fuel cap off, canister hose unplugged. foun...
