Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients in a professional, welcoming manner and create a premium service experience
Prepare accurate and detailed service estimates for European vehicles
Advise clients on recommended maintenance and repair needs, with a focus on transparency and trust
Act as the liaison between clients and technicians, ensuring clear communication of approved work
Manage inbound calls and schedule appointments efficiently
Perform follow-up “Thank You” calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate and execute service reminders and next-appointment scheduling

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a European or luxury automotive environment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting
Professional appearance and demeanor
Familiarity with European vehicle maintenance and repair is highly preferred
