For over 20 years, the members of the International Automotive Technicians Network (iATN) have discussed the quality and usefulness of the products and services offered by companies in the automotive service industry, in our forums. We created Auto Pro Reviews to give our members an additional way to share, track and correlate their opinions, and we hope to build this into the gold standard for product reviews in the auto service industry.

Reviews by Experts. All reviews posted to Auto Pro Reviews are written by the members of iATN, who use these products and services in thousands of repair shops across the world. iATN is the world's first and largest network of automotive professionals, established in 1995, with members in over 170 countries. All members of iATN are automotive professionals with ASE certifications or at least 4 years of experience in the auto industry. On average, our 86,000 members have over 24 years of experience, and they collectively share over 2.1 million years of experience.

Review Comments. All iATN members can post comments on reviews, with their experiences and questions. Company representatives are welcome to comment on reviews to clarify their position on anything stated in the reviews. Verified representatives of companies that enter into our marketing program (see Relevant Promotions, below) will have higher visibility on their comments to reviews of their own products, but they do not have the power to affect the content or placement of any reviews.

Neutral Biographical Information. In addition to the reviews of products, you will find biographical information and official links related to the products, services, and companies featured in Auto Pro Reviews. All iATN members can edit this information, but like Wikipedia, it must be strictly of a factual, objective nature, written from a neutral point of view. If you notice any bias, opinions, or other problems with any articles, please edit the page to correct them, or use the Report Problem button provided on each page. Our staff and the other editors of that page will be alerted to the issue so they can address it.

Relevant Promotions. We believe Auto Pro Reviews is enhanced by the tasteful and relevant promotions offered by companies with which we have partnered. We have a program in place that allows companies to promote the pages that appear in the guide that are related to their company, products and services. These promotions are clearly marked with green text and graphics. High standards are upheld for participating companies, and their promotions. Our goal is to provide our members and viewers with useful information and beneficial offers. Unlike the biographical information that appears on the main product, service and company pages, these clearly marked promotions are not required to be neutral, but they cannot be negative towards their competition, and are currently only permitted to appear on the pages related to their own company, products, and services.
