$70,000–$80,000 per year | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | No Weekends | Hourly – No Flat Rate
We are an established independent Volvo specialist shop with more than 25 years in business, and we are looking for an experienced Volvo technician to join our team.
If you are an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in doing quality work and would prefer a professional Monday–Friday schedule without the pressure of flat-rate pay, we would like to hear from you.
What We Offer
- $70,000–$80,000 annual compensation, based on experience and qualifications
- Hourly pay – NO flat rate
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

The Position
We are looking for an experienced automotive technician who is comfortable diagnosing and repairing Volvo vehicles. This position involves a variety of mechanical and diagnostic work, including maintenance, electrical diagnosis, drivability concerns, engine and transmission repairs, suspension, brakes, and other general Volvo repairs.
Previous professional automotive technician experience is required. Volvo dealership or independent Volvo repair experience is strongly preferred.
ASE certification is not required. We are more interested in your actual experience, diagnostic ability, workmanship, and commitment to quality.
