Passively Looking for Service Advisor/Technician jobs and is willing to relocate for the right position.
**I am relocating to Phoenix Arizona in the fall of this year 2015.
I have extensive technical understanding of most automotive systems as well as the repair of them. Communicating directly with the customer is also a strong suit of mine. Working at a Mercedes Dealership and owning my own shop has taught me the value of a happy and informed customer. An honest working relationship with clients is the key to high service sales and client retention. The liaison between customer and service shop is crucial. I thrive on both the technical and the personal. Clients so badly want to trust "their" shop and therefore spend their money. It is then a enjoyable and beneficial experience for all.
From my first Porsche 914 in 1979 to my Ferrari 308GTS today and all the others in between, I have really enjoyed the automotive environment. These cars are so thrilling but complex.
