I am Aritra, a Diagnosis Technician with Mercedes-Benz Kolkata. I have done diploma in Automobile Technology and underwent Post Diploma in Automotive Mechatronics from Mercedes-Benz India Plant. As you will find in my resume, I have been working in this profession for the last five years. During this span of time I have been in the various levels of professional service I have been an effective Diagnosis Technician with a specialty at Mercedes-Benz.

I have been doing diagnosis in vehicles and I am also responsible for contacting the Manufacturer technical support for critical problems.
