Lead technician responsible for diagnosing all engine performance, electrical, HVAC and NVH concerns. Oversee 4 other technicians, Repair and re-test vehicles. Source parts and prepare estimates for customers. Occasionally do towing and recovery if needed.

A Class Technician

2015–Present

Perform all facets of Auto and Light Truck repair and some medium duty truck repair. Very strong electrical and drivability skills. Occasionally fabricate and bend exhaust systems, welding and fabrication of various machinery and vehicle repairs. Back up to the Service Writer and Tow Truck operator, fill in when necessary. Love my job, but will be relocating to VA soon.
