· Mechanical and Electrical Adjustments in Vehicle as per workshop manual

· Use of Mazda Electronic Workshop manual and wiring diagram

· Vehicle Immobilizer system online Programming and Configuration

· Inspection of all types of sensors and actuators in vehicle.

· Inspection diagnose and repair as per manufacturers procedure using Electrical measuring components i.e. DVOM, Multimeter, Battery Tester

· Find DTC, P.I.D data monitoring, vehicle Health Check and Active Test using Mazda Modular Diagnostic System.

· Inspection diagnoses and repairs Heating and air conditioning system.

· Verify symptoms troubleshooting and do diagnoses and repairs as per symptoms troubleshooting chart and procedure.

· Mazda Electrical Master Board Practice for open Circuit, Short to Ground, Short to Power and high/low resistance in circuit Diagnose.

· Engine Control System and Engine Management System Components inspection wiring diagram inspection and system operation training.

Certified motor mechanism course of 2yrs at Don bosco technical centre completed on 10th december [...] of national trade test of competence as automotive mechanic in 2004.
