Ideally within 24-48 hrs from check-in of vehicle and approval of estimating system.

To outsource all area's of getting the parts as soon as possible and verify correctness.

Inventory all incoming parts ,verify correctness, post to A|R and follow thru with posting and returns.

Track and pursue Credits and try to achieve a monthly Percentage of less than 3 percent of total sales.

My objective is to have a Zero Balance at months end on the credits due acct.
