Manage an independent Automotive repair and towing shop. Supervise 2-5 employees. As the Service Manager, Service Writer, Parts Manager, and Dispatcher for 24 hr Tow Truck service light-medium duty I ensure technicians and drivers have everything they need to do the job. I maintain and create relationships with vendors, and manage commercial accounts to offer additional services as well as create monthly service specials to increase my customer base. I also manage and maintain a 24/7 Towing, and repossession operation to supplement the repair shop.
