Services existing ACDelco PSC (Professional Service Centers) accounts and establish new PSC accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential ISC (bulk oil accounts) outlets and customers.
Service existing Lordco branch locations, update branch staff on products and programs, monitor branch inventories, update branch inventories, and assist with inventory clean up.
Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, (Daily call reports, weekly work reports, monthly work reports, and territory analysis. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales related results as needed
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedule, merchandising techniques, etc. Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments. Process, monitor, and report results of field product reviews
Resolves customer complaints in field by investigating problems; developing solutions, preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications. Maintains ASE Master Automotive certifications, and local automotive certifications.
Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
