From 2012 to present I have worked as the sole employee of Nuts 4 Bolts, performing a wide array of tasks ranging from shop upkeep and repair work to customer and vendor interaction, parts purchasing, invoicing, and record-keeping. Through a combination of on the job experience and ongoing professional and technical training I have been instrumental in the continued growth of the company.

My time at Mark's Service Center was the beginning of my automotive career and laid the foundation for many of the skills I would develop throughout it. As a small, honest, family-owned service station located at Interstate 55 and Interstate 80 we generated a surprisingly large volume of business for a two bay shop. We serviced many types of customer vehicles from privately owned autos and light trucks to fleet customers up through 1 ton work trucks. In addition to this, we also provided fleet repair and service for District 5 of the Illinois State Police. I also gained experience during this time as a tow truck operator.
