I am experienced and familiar with all standard automotive repair tools. I also have experience with all domestic, most Japanese and German manufactures diagnostic tools and software. Additionally, I have experience with most aftermarket scan tools including Autologic, Autel, Snap-On, OTC, Launch, etc. Also have utilized manufactures software that has been made to work with a J-2534 device to include BMW ISTA software, VW ODIS, ect. I have used mostly a pico oscilloscope and always enjoy learning new toys.

I provide diagnostics help to technicians over the phone. I am apart of a small group that handle off of the european tech assist cases. Though I mostly do european I still help customers will all makes and models supported by ALLDATA.

2015–2016

Responsibilities included being able to perform the task of any other person employed at a service location. This included automotive technician, operating the quick lube service bays, sales and customers service as a service writer. Also manager duties of opening and closing the store, counting money, managing employees etc.

Technician

2014–2015

Performed tasks as a service technician. I was on the used car team and worked on all makes and models primarily for the used car department in addition to customers who had other makes but primarily utilized our service department. I was a technician who was utilized to work on odd vehicles, (alternative fuel, or a prototype vehicle from Mr. Pack’s collection). Shortly before resigning I was moved from used car team to a normal service department team working only on the Ford brand.

Service Manager

2010–2014

I started at Christian Brothers Automotive as a technician at the Valley Ranch location. I excelled as team member and my first year we were recognized as the top franchise in the company. I received a promotion at the Hebron location to service manager were my team and I were able to grow a location that had previously struggles. Here I received the genesis sales training. Implementing the training I recieved we were able to grow both our profit margin and gross sales by double digit numbers in months. In one year our gross numbers were up 50%.
