I am an experienced automotive master mechanic with 12 years of successful career advancement and achievements. My strong foundation is based in general automotive repair that was accrued over the course of 8 years as a Master Certified Tech handling everything from small repairs to complex diagnostics. With this foundation I was able to advance into more challenging positions that allowed me to learn and create more. Throughout my shop experience I developed fabrication and welding skills that have proven to be extremely valuable. My personality and communication skills have also proved useful in the customer service field. Tools and Equipment
I currently have a 3 bank Snap-On tool box with an assortment of tools providing everything a tech needs to work in a busy shop. I also have some fabrication equipment, welding helmet, etc.
I have experience using snap-on, autel, and launch scanners.
I have experience setting up differentials, using various dial indicators, torque wrenches and machines necessary to rebuild and re-gear differentials.
Heavy duty press experience, bearing replacement, etc.
MIG (Aluminum spool gun)
Extensive experience with Hunter alignment machines.
Experience with Engine rebuilding procedures, assembly techniques, performance modifications.

At The FJ Company I was able to take my skills that I developed over the past 10 years and apply them as a supervisor for their restoration production of vintage Toyota Land Cruisers.
My main responsibility is to service, maintain, and assist our customers with their vehicles that are purchased through us.
I oversee the productions side of the restoration of these vintage 4x4 vehicles. provide feedback and assist in developing an overall better end product.
Research and develop new products and dictate new build processes.
Quality control of final product, final inspection, vehicle test drives 200-500 miles, make final adjustments, and arrange worldwide delivery.
Provide support for company marketing events all over the US.
Head Mechanic / Fabricator
The main focus of PCASS was the repair and customization of Toyota Land Cruisers. We also worked on several other varieties 4x4 vehicles. Also a slightly smaller portion of the shop was dedicated to muscles cars and hot rods.
Full ground up builds requiring complete custom wiring harnesses, fabrication and fitting of all components.
Fabricating crucial engine, trans, and suspension mounts.
Installing custom A/C Systems on vintage Land Cruiser
Differential rebuilds and setup, including regearing, locker, LSD, and Spool installs.
Selling customers parts and services based on needs and expectations of their vehicle.
Repairing foreign and domestic vehicles.

Temporary fill in for service writer as needed. Selling, managing work flow, and assisting customers with vehicle priorities and service needs.

Selling additional fluids, services, and tires.
Maintaining daily books, cash drawer, and inventory.
Managing 2-3 co-workers.
