Actively Looking for Service Advisor/Technician jobs and is willing to relocate for the right position.
My goals and strengths are basically one in the same and that is to excel in my chosen fields and to find a company I can settle in with and finish my career at. My strengths are electrical and drivability diagnostic auto mechanics and most recently several years of service writer dispatcher experience. Both in a small shop environment as well as a high volume high pace over the road truck dealership. My hobbies I feel are complimentary strengths to my job and career strengths. Which is electrical engineering and circuit design.
Tools and Equipment
I own a variety of tools designed to make electrical diagnosis and repair as efficient as possible. These tools include scan tools as well as diagnostic oscilloscopes (Snap on Vantage Ultra) and module programing tools as well as many specialty items from companies such as AES Wave. I have a decent set of hand tools and as with my diagnostic tool set I am constantly purchasing more (much to the Snap On guys delight) but I am not set up for heavy line.
Tracking jobs from the begining/check in through the completion of the work by communicating the customers needs to the mechanics and coordinating the job completion with the team leads to the daily updates to the customers on the job status with estimated time of completion.
