My expierence is based on my current time attending Western Dakota Tech school in Rapid City SD. I have worked at GMC and Honda as a lube tech while attending school for the last 1.5 years. i'm a 45 years old and an Air Force Veteran and also have 19 years as an over the road cdl driver and currently still hold my cdl.

This semester I'm taking and passing brakes and suspension, engine construction. Next semester is advance electronics, chassis wiring, HVAC and transmissions.

I have a career GPA of 2.92.

I am looking to work in the field in any way. Ideally my plan would be to start as a tech for a few years then work my way up to a service consultant position and finally achieve a position as a service manager.
