I'm a Highly qualified Master Automotive Technician, proficient in analytical ability and problem-solving complex auto repair issues while consistently delivering quality service. Extensive, hands-on experience in automotive diagnosis and repair. Motivated, hardworking, reliable and productive; proven ability to deliver high quality work and excellent customer satisfaction. I'm actively engaged in learning and adapting to the changes in automotive repair by participating in online training courses, forums, automotive podcasts, and automotive repair and service related printed materials. Tools and Equipment
I have a very extensive collection of diagnostic, specialty and hand tools to perform a wide variety of repairs and diagnostic testing which include, but is not limited to, Snap-On Modis Edge, Autel Maxisys, Pico Oscilloscope, Pico NVH, FLIR thermal Imager, Fluke Multimeters, Drewtech interfaces, two Laptop computers and fuel injection and ignition testing equipment. I consistently and actively search for the latest tooling and equipment to keep pace with changes in the industry.
Lead Technician, Shop Foreman
I'm currently employed as the lead technician/shop foreman and I handle repair, diagnosis, work estimates, ordering parts, returns, filling out repair orders and open with customers as well as delivering/closing after the completion of services.
I began my apprentice training and learned to repair and diagnose Honda, Acura, Toyota, and Lexus vehicles. I also interacted with customers in the opening and delivering of vehicles after services were performed. I was responsible for preparing repair orders, ordering parts and maintaining the shop inventory of parts and supplies.
