Tools and Equipment
I have a full assortment of hand and power tool. I also own a Snap On Verus Edge with diagnostic cart and an Autel TS608 TPMS Tool. Looking to purchase a Picoscope in the not too distant future. I believe that buying diagnostic tools shouldn't be a requirement for a technician, owning your own will make you more experienced and proficient. It also shows that you take your career seriously and are dedicated to the field.
