Recently completed testing for ASE World Class Certification, to be recognized January 2013. More than 20 years of experience, including managing to repair shops successfully. Currently the In-House diagnostics specialist at a local Kia store. Prefer diagnostic work to service work, but excel at both. I welcome all challenges and rarely run into a concern that can't be resolved. A typical position for me is in a lead position, with or without a management role.
