I'm currently living in Mexico for the last few years looking for a shop in need of a management consultant to help train new mechanics with 2+ years with experience to advanced their diagnostic skills source the best parts providers and look for flaws in overall performance metrics willing to do hands on work along with the team also have knowledge in the collision side during collision mechanical repairs and insurance claims dealing with appraisers .
