Looking to become service advisor after 29 years experience as technician, 26 as ASE certified master technician ,13 years at dealership and 16 years as shop owner/technician/parts manager. Proficient with Shopkey, Alldata and Quickbooks. Dedicated to customer satisfaction, highly motivated, developed office skills and over 25 years experience reprogramming GM modules, team player with good communication skills, taught and evaluated technicians. Able to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, vendors, and management. Moving to Milton Florida and looking to make a splash there.

Excellent customer base and thriving business along with a good reputation in the community. Moving to Florida so looking for a new position as service adviser.
