I have had my AutoEnginuity since 2011. Only domestic/ Asian so I can't speak on the Euro side. It is not a high dollar scan tool so I don't expect everything my factory tools will do. Mode 6 definitions are great. I don't have to go looking for them elsewhere. It has some issues but I have never had a problem with costumer service.
