i recently called to order a few things, among them a replacement secondary lead as i lost it and they gave me one free with my order
how many places replace a tool for free after you tell them that you lost it?
any of my future pico purchases will be through them
the forum access is good and i feel like it is under advertised (if they offered a 14 day trial access to the full forum before purchase they would probably gain a lot of customers
