When Opening my dream of having my own 3 bay garage , I needed a POS system . I review several, Quick books , Alldata and a few others. Then I sample Trackum RePair manager. Order the trial version. On the home page looked very plain Jane. But I wrote a pretend Customer, invoice and Inventory. As it turns out ..WOW. awesome software. Features:Unlimited Customer entries. Unlimited Inventory Items. Search by customer name, phone, street, License Plate, town. Vehicle. Write up cannned items and save. such as Oil Change, Brakes etc.. Create and track inventory Many different reports available of selected dates. Taxes, Cost/Profit, Tech analysis, Usage analysis , Payments, etc... Header and Footnotes. Mailers Install custom Header jpeg . file Service Reminder mailers with custmer name 4 different Invoice formats Populate vehicle information via Lic plate with integrated Car Fax and my favorite feature.... Text or email customer. Super easy to navigate or show someone else to use. SuperEasy, SuperEasy Tech Support: Five Star all day every day . When you call you get Dennise , the software developer on the phone! And it's a pay one price and you own it. No ongoing monthly . I paid about $500 for the version 11 and the later $600 for version 12 upgrade 5 years ago. And that's what I'm running now. version 12 . 1 payment of $600 about 5 years ago I love my Trackum for the past 23 years!
