We have had the same experience Michael Robinson has with this tool. Snap On replaced it once, updates, resets ect. Absolute worst tool I've purchased from Snap on in 40 years. They will also tell you no one else has problems.

I am glad I was not the only one to experience the issues with it. Tech support did state that they did not have many problems with it, which I didn't completely believe. Thanks for your input, Thomas.
