Smartflow is a tool for Digital Inspection and Workflow Management integrated with more than 16 Point of Sales systems. It enables technicians with a tablet based flag sheet, inspection sheet and work order system and thus makes the back shop paperless.
The service advisor uses a digital workflow screen combining the work in progress screen of the PoS and the paper rack and adds labor inventory management features and thus allows to dispatch technicians.
The trend graphs and reports allow the shop owner/manager to see KPIs compared with goals, so that changes in staff behavior can be instilled in weekly meetings
