The Modular Vehicle Communication Interface (MVCI), is the interface between the vehicle and the Honda Diagnostic System (HDS) scan tool software which can be run from your PC meeting the minimum requirements listed below. HDS is not included in the cost of the MVCI. One must first possess the MVCI and then order the HDS through the Honda Service Express site.
