The Ford Triton Spark Plug Lockit Socket LS186 is an extended 9/16" socket for Ford 5.4L engines. The 5/8" external hex and long length allow for use with a ratcheting box wrench. This is especially helpful under the overhanging cowl found on Ford trucks. Since no extension is necessary, there is less flex when installing new plugs, which minimizes the chance of cross threading. The reduced diameter through the middle of the tool allows access into the spark plug tubes. Size: 9/16" Overall length 6".
