RepairMatch is a web-based application geared towards helping shops generate new leads and/or help to fill downtime. The system allows consumers to post requests for auto services. Verified shops browse these requests. If the shop sees a job that they'd agree to do, they can offer the consumer multiple timeslots. If the consumer sees a timeslot that they like, they pay a deposit and the service is scheduled. All communication (confirmations, new jobs in your area, etc.) is handled by RepairMatch and is delivered via email.

RepairMatch is a web-based application geared towards helping shops generate new leads and/or help to fill downtime. How it works: 1) Shops sign up and opt-in to offer fixed price services such as oil changes, tire services, detailing and inspections. The shop also enters its availability, based on one-hour time slots. 2) Customers come to the website and search for these services. 3) The system shows the customer a list of shops and what times they have available. Customers see how far the shop is from them, and the shop's Google rating. 4) The customer can pay a deposit to RepairMatch to secure an appointment; the remainder is collected by the shop at the appointment All communication (confirmations, etc.) is handled by RepairMatch and is delivered via email.
