I have had my AutoEnginuity since 2011. Only domestic/ Asian so I can't speak on the Euro side. It is not a high dollar scan tool so I don't expect everything my factory tools will do. Mode 6 definitions are great. I don't have to go looking for them elsewhere. It has some issues but I have never had a problem with costumer service. Email a question even on a sunday and usually have an answer by Monday. Price was very reasonable and updates are also reasonable. It does what I ask of it. I am more then happy with it...Maybe a little better bidirectional control would be nice but I would expect the price to go up. When they get everything Ford GM Nissan and Toyota in them I expect the price to be comparable to the factory tool. Otherwise I am happy with what they provide
