I also had a billing issue when they did an update in October 2025 where their software just randomly billed me over and over. We downloaded this in October called to cancel 15 days later within the 30-day window, 5 months later they are still in review and billing me $300 a month. I've sat on hold for hours at the time waiting to get through (currently at 1hr 6 min). When you get through, they say I completely understand but it has been submitted for review there is nothing I can do someone SHOULD contact you.
