I have been using Mitchell for over 20 years. It has gone downhill over the last ten years. Lots of information is unavailable. The majority of the hyperlinks on the wiring diagrams do not work. I currently have a billing issue and after two hours on hold with customer service my issue was not resolved. I am waiting for a call back but it has been over 48 hours now.
