Absolutely despicable! how can a company go down hill so quickly.... they make all the money in the world... and us shop owners pay it... I have never once been able to log in, and the first wo weeks i had it, it was set up for class a and b trucks... all the saleman wan is a nice commision, they dont give any cares about you and your business! not to mention snap on owns them now... its only gotten worse since the take over, in my opinion. the
