What makes Alldata better? What features are most useful for you and your shop? I'm trying to do some research on this stuff.
Here's the scam, our rep, Jim out of Fresno says "try social crm out for 3 months and if you don't like it, we'll cancel it before you have to pay for it".
He says; that way you get the website and marketing for free for 3 months and don't have to pay for it!
Then, we don't review and they start billing us a more than double the monthly price. He says I was supposed to cancel the marketing program that turns out, was marketing to the wrong county. My bad fo falling for the scam.
Anyway, I'm in a dispute and will be changing to Alldata, I recommend any shop not to use these lying, dishonest douche bags and simply go with Alldata from the start.
