Good tool--had to change the laptop and misplaced the software cd--hard to get a copy from anywhere--customer service not very helpful.

Jeffrey with ATS Escan saw my comments and called me. He remoted in to my laptop and walked me through the download. Tried it on a vehicle and found out that I had my drivers for usb needed to be updated since it was having problems. This was a problem with my laptop and had nothing to do with the Escan software. Jeffrey was very respectful and knowledgeable and is a great asset to the company he repesents. He had me up and running in no time. Thanks Jeffrey--you are awesome!!!

John had been calling the vendor he purchased our eSCAN Pro from, upon reading his post, we had him up and running in 10 minutes. Glad we were able to resolve the issue.
