Support from Autonerdz is meant to supplement the factory direct support provided by Pico Technology, and includes toll-free phone and email support, monthly internet-based voice chat sessions with other Autonerdz users, Flash-based PicoScope training, personalized assistance, access to the Autonerdz Community Forums, live hands-on classes, and more.
